Key requirements for platform presentations at HAEMATOCON 2026
Presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint format (.ppt / .pptx).
Please ensure all embedded video/audio files or animations are standard and packaged with your presentation to avoid playback discrepancies.
Total session allocation per speaker: 10 minutes.
Time limit will be strictly enforced by session chairs.

Posters must be printed before arrival. On-site printing facility is not guaranteed.
Mount your poster on the board carrying your assigned poster number before the scheduled viewing session begins.

The presenting author must stand beside the poster during the designated viewing and judging session.
Evaluators and jury members will visit each poster for discussion, Q&A, and award scoring. Failure to be present may lead to disqualification from awards.
